SIRLOIN NEVADA :Topped with Grilled Bacon, Avocado [Seasonal], Camembert & Toasted Onions.

BARON’S RUMP: Served with a choice of ANY sauce.

GARLIC RUMP: Generously topped with a portion of Garlic Butter & freshly chopped Garlic.

SIRLOIN CHAMPIGNON: Smothered in pan-fried mushrooms with garlic & cream.

FILLET ESCARGOT: Topped with Snails baked in Garlic Butter.

FILLET HABANERO: Served with a generous portion of Habanero & Garlic Butter.

BLACKENED PEPPER FILLET: Fillet steak coated with crushed black peppercorns, pan-fried & flambéed with brandy, gently simmered in a creamy pepper Madagascar sauce.

SAUTÉED MUSHROOM FILLET: Grilled fillet steak served on deep-fried rosti, topped with garlic & sautéed mushrooms.

PORK RIB & PRAWN COMBO: Pork Loin Ribs served with Baby Prawns with a choice of Peri-Peri, Lemon OR Garlic Butter Sauce.
